Greetings to all and welcome to the Walking With Spirit blog! I hope you will find this journey informative and entertaining.
Each week, I will discuss some aspect of spiritualism, clairvoyance, and mediumship as it relates to me. My experiences might be different than your own and your reasons for exploring the spirit world are unique to each of us. I hope you take away something as you follow along with me on my journey...
You might ask...how did this whole thing start for me? Well, initially I thought it was when I 'saw' the spirit of a man standing in the hall way a few years back. But when I thought back a bit further, I realized I had been seeing spirits since I was a little girl. In the form of a woman standing in the corner almost every night...but...according to my mom...it was just my overactive imagination. And I sure have always had one of those!
Over the years, I have had these experiences quite often and more frequently now that I'm an adult who understands there are just certain things we can't explain away as being overactive imaginations. Fortunately, I met a wonderful woman--who has now passed over to spirit--who pushed me along my journey of learning about spiritualism. And on that journey, I have enjoyed the friendships of others who understand and accept the things that others may not.
Spirit has manifested itself in many ways to me. From my prescription medication being laid out on the counter to a television coming on in the middle of the night. From the opaque figure of a man in the hallway to a column of purple light in the corner. Or the smell of cherry pipe tobacco and someone calling my name in an empty house. Maybe a glass splitting in half when the very existence of spirit was questioned by a guest or even a picture coming off a hook on the wall. It's a culmination of all those things that led me to take the first step in learning about those things that some call paranormal and others consider a normal part of their lives.
Today is just an introduction of what is to come on my blog. Spirits, spirit guides, manifesting, spellwork, herbs, crystals, you name it...I'm going to talk about it right here.
